As an FP&A Manager at Tempo, you will ensure that the company accurately forecasts its financial performance and will help the company make the right strategic decisions.

You Will: 

    • Compile and maintain an accurate forecast.  This includes working with department leaders to define, maintain, and improve the forecasting of revenue, costs, margins, gross cash, OpEx, CapEx, headcount, as well as the company’s balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
    • Execute ad-hoc analyses.  Examples here include:  opening an additional site, pursuing a more aggressive growth plan, evaluating an M&A transaction, considering an equity or debt financing option, deciding whether to invest in a given product or capability, evaluating the implications of a particular customer MSA, answering questions posed by potential investors, and reconciling various information to ensure that our financial forecasting is internally consistent.
  • Communicate forecast and analyses to appropriate stakeholders.  You will prepare, distribute, and integrate expense forecast templates from department leaders, prepare budget vs. actual analyses for the company’s leadership team, and prepare financial forecast slides for the board.

You Have:

  • 10+ Years of FP&A experience
  • Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, process thinking and optimization, strategic judgment, and facility with root cause analysis
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, the ability to present information clearly - both tabularly and graphically; you’re also a clear and concise writer.
  • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint, the ability to navigate ERP (e.g., Netsuite) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) reporting tools, and an understanding of accounting concepts.
