Coinbase is currently looking for a Manager to join our Investor Relations organization. Our team leads Coinbase's dialogue, relationships, and disclosure with the investment community and represents the voice of shareholders within Coinbase. This person will be an integral part of the evolution of our Investor Relations team.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Help develop and implement a proactive investor relations strategy and program, ensuring that the company’s business strategy, products, and progress is understood by the investment community.
  • Coordinate workflows across functional teams, such as finance, legal, product and marketing, to gather information in preparation for quarterly earnings and executive presentations. 
  • Along with the Vice President, prepare key messages and presentations to communicate Coinbase’s progress and performance to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior executives to develop financial press releases, Q&A documents, and other relevant materials. 
  • Provide strategic counsel to the senior leadership team, finance department, communications team, and others on all IR activities.
  • Support development of the investor relations department through owning core initiatives, including website management, ownership and targeting analyses, consensus modeling, valuation analysis, and more.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • 5+ years of investor relations experience.
  • Demonstrated success in a strategic investor relations function, including having successfully helped to develop and implement projects and strategies that have delivered results.
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to communicate both orally and in writing, including the dissemination of financial performance and related information.
  • Ability to stay organized and thrive in an extremely fast paced environment.

Nice to haves:

  • Sell-side equity research experience.
  • Financial services or high-growth technology sector experience.
