We are looking for a Treasury Operations Lead to join a growing Treasury team. This role presents a unique opportunity to help develop a world-class Treasury function and contribute to the growth of Reddit. This position is responsible for cash positioning activities, short term cash forecasting, executing inter-company funding transactions, administering bank accounts, tracking bank fees and share of wallet, and supporting the development of Treasury policies and procedures. In addition, the Treasury Operations Lead is expected to build working relationships with external stakeholders such as banks and partner with global peers at Reddit.

This position reports to the Head of Treasury.

 Responsibilities:

• Position liquidity to support business needs
• Open / close bank accounts, track signatory and electronic portal entitlements, and ensure compliance with Treasury policies 
• Forecast and track treasury fees
• Implement efficient account and operating structures such as cash pooling and netting
• Execute inter-company funding transactions
• Support development and enhancement of Treasury control framework
• Ensure compliance with Treasury policies and procedures
• Evaluate implementation of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and support any Treasury RFPs
• Prepare management reports
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, asset managers and consultants
• Partner cross functionally with internal stakeholders
• Other projects and responsibilities, as needed 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or similar analytical field
• Prior experience working in Treasury operations
• Strong knowledge of best practices for cash management 
• Prior experience project managing RFPs, forecasting cash, managing bank account entitlements, ensuring compliance with policies, and tracking bank fees
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle ambiguity
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certifications a plus
• Comfort with Excel and PowerPoint
