RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to help develop and coordinate HR strategy across leadership, talent planning and acquisition, learning and development, total rewards and employee relations and engagement.
  • Establish and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders to influence organizational behavior and outcomes.
  • Forecast organizational talent needs and develop strategies to attract and engage new talent. This includes building a high performing recruitment team.
  • Develop training, development, and employee retention strategies.
  • Develop and monitor compensation and benefits strategies for attracting, rewarding, and retaining talent. 
  • Develop and monitor strategies impacting employee satisfaction and performance including diversity and inclusion, safety, security, and labor strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field.
  • 3 years in job offered or human resources.
  • Any amount of experience in the additional requirements section below will be acceptable unless specific amount is noted. Prior academic background or work experience to include:

  • Experience recruiting or consulting in a talent acquisition capacity for fast-growing technology companies.
  • Experience analyzing and using talent market insights and data to successfully influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
  • Experience with employment law and regulations.
