As Voyage’s People Operations leader, you’ll architect and build the systems that will keep us agile and collaborative as we scale. You'll apply a forward-thinking approach to make people programs a competitive differentiator: to attract and retain the brightest and most thoughtful team around.  

Responsibilities:

• Create an incredible employee experience from onboarding to ongoing development to alumni engagement
• Build and drive scalable solutions around making our leaders better managers, growing our team’s capabilities, and driving employee retention
• Use people-related data to drive better decision making and develop key metrics to measure employee happiness, performance, engagement, and retention
• Develop and implement company-wide performance management programs that reward excellence and drive continuous, transparent feedback
• Champion Voyage's values by building them into structured programs and exemplifying them day-to-day
• Manage and build the People Operations team

Requirements:

• Self-directed People Operations leader with 5+ years of relevant experience 
• Experience building various programs from the ground up
• Progressive and innovative attitude toward people programing and HR guidelines
• Orientation toward high-level company goals and long-term success
• Organizational design acumen and experience
• Thoughtful people management and mentorship skills
• Demonstrated track-record of dispute resolution success
• Eagerness to work in a startup environment and roll up your sleeves as an individual contributor within an emerging industry
