We are looking for a Director, People Systems & Operations to lead our People Systems & Operations team and help design and drive our people programs, processes, systems, and tools to ensure scalability and efficiency.

THE TEAM

Eventbrite’s People Systems & Operations team is dedicated to creating and delivering an exceptional Briteling experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle with efficient and seamless people processes, policies, systems, and programs. THE ROLE

Reporting into the VP, Total Rewards & Operations you will lead a team that plays an integral part of our larger Briteling Experience. You will partner with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and make final decisions on operational and administrative matters. You will manage the implementation and administration of human resources programs, policies, and procedures. You will serve as liaison to internal stakeholders and maintain service level agreements. You will monitor efficiency, utilization, and effectiveness of the systems and operations team.

YOU WILL

  • Lead and manage a growing team responsible for managing the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Lead the global people operations systems roadmap and self-service strategy to support long-term and service delivery goals, and ensure the highest levels of data management and accuracy for all HR Systems
  • Lead strategic decisions to evaluate, recommend and customize new and existing Workday modules
  • Ensure People Systems and Operations is globally compliant and that proper controls are in place
  • Play an instrumental role in helping drive the coordination of global people operations execution across our multiple global offices
  • Improve processes and drive requirements for additional improvements to eliminate manual processes
  • Build a metrics driven organization
  • Establish strategic and operational objectives and work plans and delegate to subordinates
  • Ensure adherence to budgets, work plans and performance requirements
  • Interact with Senior Leaders on matters concerning several functional areas
  • Analyze situations that require advanced knowledge of organizational objectives
  • Implement strategic policies when selecting methods and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

THE SKILL SET

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday including implementation, customization, business process development, reporting and security
  • Knowledge of HR and global privacy laws, information security and quality principles
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable, high quality operational HR programs, processes and systems
  • Ability to influence, engage, and partner closely with appropriate business partners across all levels of the organization in planning, change management and conflict resolution.
