As Employee Engagement & Experience Specialist, you’ll be a key player in creating an award-winning culture to ensure Gong remains an employer of choice. We are looking for a hands-on, go-getter to design and implement programs and events aimed to drive overall engagement. Reporting to our Director, Employee Communications & Experience, the ideal candidate brings an eagerness to understand and design programs for distributed teams and isn’t afraid to voice their out-of-the-box ideas. In this versatile role, we need an adaptable, multi-tasker, who can help build processes and change management practices as we develop equitable experiences across a fast-growing remote/hybrid work environment. Your confidence and ability to Challenge Conventional Wisdom are key factors to being successful in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive equitable employee engagement, employee experience, and workplace culture throughout our distributed teams
• Plan, communicate, and execute buzzy-worthy events (virtual and in-person); point person for post-event surveys and recap reports 
• Help craft Gong’s remote/hybrid return-to-office strategy; partner with cross-functional teams to build global remote / flexible workforce programs
• Elevate Gong’s reputation, both internally and externally, by collaborating with members of the Marketing and People Teams to complete award submissions and other employer branding initiatives
• Oversee SWAG inventory; surprise and delight employees with Gong SWAG and other giveaways, contests, anniversary gifts, etc.
• Be an outgoing champion of company culture; foster relationships with employees at all levels
• Administer internal communications calendar; recommend channel(s) of communication to best engage staff and drive participation

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years background of corporate communications, events marketing or human resources within a fast growth global SaaS company; additional professional backgrounds such as hospitality or travel & entertainment are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal 
• Experience presenting company wide-events and programs to VP and C-suite level leaders 
• Experience planning and delivering high-quality, high-touch events and/or delivering events with a significant hybrid/virtual programmatic experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Hybrid role; able to work in San Francisco office multiple times per week beginning in 2022
