Quantcast is seeking a Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and People Programs to drive a culture of belonging. You will have the opportunity to shape a strategic diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) plan rooted in our four program pillars: education & awareness, development & retention, talent representation, and community investment. You will work cross-functionally and with the executive and leadership teams to help us grow with a DEI mindset. You will develop and implement programs that align with our belief that diversity of background, experiences and thought should be celebrated, and that diverse companies are better companies. The ideal candidate will have prior DEI experience developing and implementing a strategy, programs, and initiatives and partnering with company leadership. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with People teams to drive impactful change through incorporating DEI in existing People programs, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning & development.

Responsibilities

  • In consultation with the executive leadership team, design, evolve and implement Quantcast’s Diversity, Equity & and Inclusion (DEI) strategy across employees, programs, and our communities that cultivates, promotes and results in an inclusive work environment!
  • Design a metrics-based approach and processes to create insight, effectiveness, improved decisions making and accountability of our DEI investments.
  • Ensure DEI investments are designed with a global approach and are scalable across a multiplicity of geographies.
  • Present DEI strategies to leadership and align and regularly report on progress.
  • Lead Quantcast’s DEI Board that provides guidance and direction to Quantcast’s DEI initiatives in an effort of driving a culture of belonging.
  • Evolve, evaluate and improve on current People programs (employee survey, talent reviews & calibrations, etc.) to keep a high-performance culture!
  • Partner and collaborate with various People teams (Ops, HRBPs, Recruiting and Workplace) to ensure a DEI lens is applied to People programs, policies, initiatives and projects.
  • Design and implement professional growth & development initiatives to support equitable development of underrepresented employees.
  • Work with Quantcast’s Head of Talent Acquisition to craft strategies for equitable hiring practices and in the development of internship programs to employ and develop underrepresented groups resulting in an improved talent brand.
  • Establish connections with external networks, groups and organizations that focus on DEI.
  • Design internal educational and awareness programs on DEI.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Development or Human Resources, including 6+ years of Diversity experience required.
  • Proven track record of developing, implementing, and executing a DEI strategy with both national and international experience
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of the concepts related to diversity, belonging, and inclusion that improve the implementation and management of change efforts.
  • Executive presence and gravitas; confidence in communicating and influencing at all levels, including external partners.
  • Evolved People programs and policies to incorporate DEI priorities.
  • Ability to influence others and understands how to achieve support and designing belonging solutions across the organization
  • Ability to use data to define, generate, and continuously analyze accurate metrics to provide measurable insights to deliver our DEI strategy.
  • Takes initiative and consistently delivers results of the highest quality, takes accountability for one’s work, has a sense of urgency, overcomes hurdles and ensures that results are delivered.
  • Able to maintain department budget, including developing budget proposals, explaining and monitoring expenses.
  • Works in conjunction with the senior leadership team to execute against priorities.
