Position Summary
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Global Talent team! The ideal candidate thrives in the startup environment, is very hands on, naturally curious and highly collaborative. This is a great opportunity to help us build out the Talent Management function from the ground up at a dynamic, global company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Director, Talent Management, the HR Business Partner will support our global Sales organization by:
  • Providing guidance on performance management including role/job definition, career pathing, setting performance expectations and bi-annual performance reviews
  • Coaching managers to enhance their leadership skills and proactively address performance issues and career progression
  • Lead the job leveling and compensation planning exercises for your teamsIdentify and drive training plans and programs for both individual contributors and people leaders
  • Help managers address employee relations issues through weighing risks and alternatives, exploring legal and company compliance concerns, and offering balanced recommendations
  • Create an environment of open communication for employees to provide feedback and express concerns
  • Partnering with the CRO, Sales leadership and the Talent Acquisition team on organizational structure and department expansion; particularly international expansion plans
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide Sales leadership with analysis and recommendations to help retain top talent.
  • Assist with the communication and rollout of updated or new people programs and policies

About You

  • You possess 5+ years experience as strategic HR Business Partner for Sales/GTM and/or Customer-Facing organizations
  • Experience supporting a global and remote workforceKnowledge of U.S. employment laws and industry best practices; experience with managing international employment issues with a local partner
  • Track record of developing effective people strategies that align with and support company objectives
  • Excited to work in a fluid startup environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a collaborative environment 
  • Ability to work independently and come up with creative solutions
