About the Role:
We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our People Team and support the HR Business Partner team. This role will support a number of key people initiatives and programs across KeepTruckin while ensuring employee experience stays top of mind.
What You'll Do:
- Provide HR programs & ops support to the HRBP team
- Partner cross functionally to ensure successful adoption of people programs and processes
- Help execute key people programs and initiatives, including our bi-annual performance review, employee engagement survey, career ladder development, internal mobility, innovation culture, etc.
- Build and provide ongoing support of HR policies and procedures (including off-boarding process, exit interviews, performance management, etc.)
- Collaborate with People Analytics team to ensure HRBP's are utilizing and iterating on timely and relevant people data
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of direct HR or People Operations experience, including experience in Project Management and/or Program Management
- Adaptable working style. Used to a fast paced startup environment.
- Creative problem solving & innovative thinker. You come with solutions to problems you identify.
- High attention to detail. Nothing falls through the cracks, and you have timely turnaround.
- Strong customer orientation. Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to build internal relationships with a lengthy list of customers and stakeholders.
- Team player with a high sense of ownership and positive attitude.
- Ability to work at high level of autonomy and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
