About the Role: 

Wing is looking for an HR Program Manager to join our People team based in Palo Alto, CA (temporarily remote). The ideal candidate has a passion for understanding what motivates people to do their best work and demonstrated experience designing and rolling out engaging HR programs within a dynamic, industry-leading organization.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Implement and manage cyclical HR programs end-to-end, including performance management, compensation planning, engagement survey, recognition, and more
  • Design equitable and inclusive program goals that accelerate employee effectiveness and are aligned with business objectives
  • Develop change management and communication plans for high-adoption roll-outs 
  • Set metrics and gather feedback from the organization to monitor, improve, and iterate on program performance and outcomes
  • Identify and report on root-cause insights, connecting people data sources across all programs
  • Partner with HRBPs, management, and other stakeholder to stay in tune with and understand current business problems

What You’ll Need: 

  • 3-5 years of experience managing operations, programs, and/or simultaneous projects, preferably in Human Resources
  • Experience presenting to and building relationships with management and leadership
  • Knack for details, planning, prioritization, and organization
  • Crisp and clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic data analytics ability, preferably with familiarity in SQL
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a results-oriented mentality
  • Curious mind and love of solving people problems

Bonus: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field
  • Passion for and involvement with equity, inclusion, and diversity initiatives
  • Experience influencing engineering organizations
  • Proficiency with data analysis, statistics, or computer science
