How You'll Contribute:
- Manage the HRIS team
- Oversee HRIS technology stack and strategy that meets the needs of the company
- Develop release schedule and change management process
- Work with stakeholders to ensure all systems and processes meet compliance regulations
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for HRIS systems and data
- Develop prioritized HRIS roadmap and enhancement logs
- Manage internal relationships with SMEs and leaders across organizations
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of HR systems experience within People Ops or IT
- 7+ HR Program Management experience
- 3+ years leading and building HRIS teams
- Prior experience implementing Workday HRIS
- Demonstrated experience building cross functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders
- Comfortable working employees at all levels across our organization
- Detail oriented team player who is comfortable with managing confidential information in a professional manner
