Learning + Development Manager

What Excites You
- Own all aspects of learning and development to ensure we are identifying and cultivating the mindsets, behaviors and skills needed for success
- Own content, scope, sequence and delivery of Manager training, Leadership development, IC skills, and Product Education
- Design and implement an exciting, engaging, and individualized skill development and career pathing experience for our employees
- Partner effectively with our People Operations and People Systems and Analytics team to implement an LXP
What Excites Us
- 5+ years experience in Learning and Development at a global tech company
- Passion for building an engaging and innovative learning experience
- Expertise in a variety of assessment methodologies
- Impeccable communication skills; able to converse with academics and employees alike
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Masters in Organizational Psychology or Development preferred
