• Own all aspects of learning and development to ensure we are identifying and cultivating the mindsets, behaviors and skills needed for success 
• Own content, scope, sequence and delivery of Manager training, Leadership development, IC skills, and Product Education 
• Design and implement an exciting, engaging, and individualized skill development and career pathing experience for our employees 
• Partner effectively with our People Operations and People Systems and Analytics team to implement an LXP

What Excites Us

• 5+ years experience in Learning and Development at a global tech company
• Passion for building an engaging and innovative learning experience 
• Expertise in a variety of assessment methodologies 
• Impeccable communication skills; able to converse with academics and employees alike 
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Masters in Organizational Psychology or Development preferred
