About You:

As the Manager of Recruiting Operations, you will building and lead a high performing recruiting operations team that will be known for developing and executing on high-priority projects improving operational efficiency, hiring team and recruiting team enablement, and candidate experience. You are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience internally and externally while leading change at scale. You crave ownership, have a natural bias to action, and love developing and coaching your team and partners. You thrive in a fast paced environment and are nimble, curious, hungry to learn, and dedicated to forging new relationships every day. 

What You’ll do:

  • Deliver recruiting programs and projects that develop scalable solutions to increase efficiency and maximize the candidate experience; some initiatives will include interviewer & hiring manager training, referrals programs, diversity, recruiter enablement / training, and technical process improvements, among others
  • Drive cross-functional projects by owning all planning, execution, communication and change management across recruiting and our partners (e.g. HR, Finance, L&D, Design, Engineering)  as we continue to grow rapidly
  • Develop and lead trainings as part of rolling out new programs to recruiting team members, hiring managers and interviewers globally
  • Leverage data to define KPIs and success metrics, in order to track the effectiveness of our team’s initiatives over time and inform strategic decisions for action
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing operational improvements across recruiting, with a focus on scale and automation; ownership of recruiting systems and tools
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing recruiting operations team including coordination with a focus on candidate experience
  • Partner and manage vendors, as needed, to implement new technologies

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of project or program management experience in HR / Recruiting, either internally or in a consulting environment
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting or recruiting operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease
  • Experience building and scaling processes in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey project strategies, roadmaps, priorities, goals and tradeoffs through compelling visuals and presentations
  • Proficient in data analysis and manipulation i.e. Excel, Sheets, and other BI tools
  • Incredibly organized, with superb attention to detail
  • Strong sense of urgency and follow through
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse, Workday, GEM, BambooHR, LIR, TopFunnel preferred
