People Operations Coordinator
- Onboarding approximately 10-30 new hires every two weeks
- Coordinate new hire onboarding once an offer is accepted including
- Schedule multiple onboarding classes for both Core, Engineering, and Values experiences
- Ensuring mailing addresses for shipping gear and laptops are accurate
- Work with IT and Workplace teams to ensure smooth delivery of gear, fun swag, and any employee requests
- Partner with different vendors to ensure temporary contractors and consultants are onboarded and off-boarded
- Maintain accurate reporting and auditing of new hire bonuses
- Ensure offer letter packages are accurate and complete
- Conduct background checks
- Complete I-9 verifications in Zenefits and E-Verify
- Respond to employee questions about benefits and other POps related items in our HR channel
- Manage our anniversary gift program for current employees
- Ensure HRIS system accuracy
- Work with Payroll team to close a semi-monthly payroll process
- Answer general employee questions and help provide outstanding service to our teammates
- Process paperwork for confidential employer and employee needs; terminations, 401k rollovers
- Assess incoming relocation requests with partners
- An obsession for ensuring excellent client satisfaction and service
- A willingness to pivot projects and tasks based on the needs of the company
- A strong desire to work collaboratively across the entire organization
- Work autonomously but know when to tap in your teammates for help and lift when needed
- Enjoys laughing on a daily basis
