People Partner (HR Generalist)

You will become part of the disruption which is turning traditional HPC on its head.Your role as a People Partner will be far from one-dimensional! You’ll undertake a wide range of People Operations initiatives like managing and executing HR strategy, building out learning and development programs, implementing engagement strategies and crafting HR policies and procedures. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining a culture that supports the company's mission, vision and core values.
Key Deliverables:
-Help to increase and maintain a healthy employee NPS score through all of our employee programs.
-Help drive performance management and compensation practices - defining success, establishing measurements, providing feedback and rewarding performance.
-Help drive the implementation and adoption of people-oriented programs to positively impact the culture and environment; around development and training, recognition and employee engagement.
-Define metrics for people programs and continually track; analyze to make improvements.
-Support and continually find new solutions for employee related initiatives- employee relations, compliance and HR policies.
Key Qualifications include:
-Bachelor degreeProven experience as an HR Generalist.
-Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
-Proven track record of implementing and executing on people programsExcellent communication and people skills.
-Willing to address difficult situations head on with patience and respect.Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
-Self-starter able to conceptualize and drive initiatives forward.Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple, and sometimes changing priorities.
-Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Google Suite; HRIS systems will be a plus.
