People Technology Analyst
OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a People Technology Analyst to join the People Technology team at Instacart. In this role, you will work a variety of key partners to improve the functionality of our systems and support projects and improvements related to Workday and Greenhouse.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Support Tier 2 and 3 level Tickets that come through the People operations queue
- Work with the Senior Analysts on the team to support projects and enhancements related to Workday and Greenhouse
- Support and train the People Operations team on system related issues that come through our ticketing system
- Work with the Workday support consultants and support project management
- Provide ongoing Workday support to HR team, including maintenance and enhancement of existing modules, building & testing of new features, mass loading data
- Support the team on efficient management of third party service providers that service our People systems
- Provide top notch customer service to employees and managers across the organization
- Build and share custom reports on business insights and act as a support contact for all People system requests
- Provide learning materials for employees and managers on self-service components of Workday
- Build effective relationships with all internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Finance and Legal

- Bachelor’s in Business, Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a Human Resources role
- Proven HR functional knowledge: Employee Life cycle, Talent Acquisition, Talent, Benefits
- Change Management, Training and/or communication experience
- Ability to work and support with cross-functional projects
- Ability to communicate effectively within the organization
- Experience with project management
- Working knowledge of HR and Recruiting systems
