About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Recruiting Operations to develop, build, and own operational and program excellence for our Talent team. We know finding and keeping the best talent is getting more complicated and understand the need to be well prepared and thoughtful about the constantly shifting and competitive talent landscape.
The right person for this role will be a problem solver who knows the value of data in building thoughtful metrics, programs, and strategy. You are creative and dedicated to scaling and innovating how we operate and how we hire. We are proud of our team and are looking for a talented individual who cares deeply about employee effectiveness and happiness.
You will partner with KeepTruckin’s recruiting leadership, operations, finance, and your fellow recruiting team members to develop and support all recruiting initiatives across the company and globally. We have a great team of highly skilled recruiters that are eager to work with you to innovate our recruiting to be efficient, accurate and engaging.

What You'll Do:

  • You will own all analytics and reporting, process design, tools and platforms (including the Greenhouse ATS)
  • With an eye on delivering a great overall experience, you will drive accuracy, consistency and efficiency across the entire recruiting process life-cycle
  • Discover and develop innovative sourcing and talent pipe-lining tools and techniques
  • Deliver recruiting analytics that tells the story of how we are performing and the people we hire
  • Continue iteration of a wonderful candidate experience

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of talent acquisition experience
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and experience partnering with senior leadership and executive teams on recruiting strategy and hiring initiatives
  • Self-directed, detailed oriented problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and improving processes
  • You are resilient, optimistic, and passionate about our business results while never compromising customer, partner, and team relationships.
  • You measure your success based on the success of the team. You know how your work connects with our goals and make thoughtful, timely decisions with that in mind. You hold people accountable and focus on work that drives our long-term success.
