The RealReal is looking for a talent acquisition leader to own recruitment for corporate functions. This is an opportunity to own and drive talent practice and outcomes for functions from Data, Product, Engineering to core corporate functions. You will lead and grow a team of capable talent partners, ensuring delivery for the business as well as development for the team.

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Lead, inspire and develop a team that includes Recruiters, Sourcers and Coordinators
• Support all corporate roles including G&A, Product, Data and engineering
• Serve as a trusted business partner for your client teams, offering counsel, expertise collaboration and understanding of their businesses, variable and outcomes
• Deliver results in filling open requisitions with a keen eye for talent, qualifying and engaging candidates with strong technical skills and excellent company culture fit
• Set qualitative and quantitative goals for your team proactively managing and executing to commitments
• Create and deliver best in class candidate experience, highlighting The RealReal as an employer of choice
• Provide recruiting status reports and communications to TA leadership, key business leaders/cross functional business partners as needed
• Develop training for hiring teams to leveraging best practices in attracting and retaining top talent
• Innovate with your people partners including HRBPs, Talent Operations, Recruiting Marketing and others to practice, systems, processes and talent brand
• Drive DEI practice from a recruiting lens including building affinity, sourcing, training  and selection strategies
• Be an agent in our employee culture and a voice through our employment brand

What You Bring To The Role

• Deep experience in recruitment with an emphasis on technical recruitment 
• Have lead hiring and recruiting teams at scale 
• Demonstrated effective partnership and influence with business teams and senior leadership- ability to solve in tight collaboration to achieve predictability and business outcomes
• Ability to own outcomes including planning, operations, team development, recruiting practice 
• Committed and curious about improving recruiting practice and the business at TRR
