As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will report to the Talent Director as a member of the Talent Team. You'll partner closely with your Hiring Managers to help us grow WalkMe as you provide a positive interview experience for our Candidates and our Teams. This role is based in San Francisco and we have Team Members in Raleigh, NC and New York City.
You Will Own:
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting efforts as a trusted partner to your Hiring Teams to bring new hires into WalkMe
- Troubleshoot issues as they come up and use your experience to see around the corner to avoid setbacks
- Source top candidates through multiple channels and use your relationship building skills to create a pipeline of future candidates
- Seek out trends and share ideas with team members to help us create a learning environment where we all grow our skills
What You Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment - Established relationships with SaaS Sales candidates a real plus
- Passion to provide a interviewing experience based on respect and transparency
- Curiosity to learn what makes a candidate excited about their next move and the insight to know if WalkMe is right for that candidate
- Positivity, humor, and an indomitable desire to persevere through any odds
- Passion for using recruiting tools to increase effectiveness. Lever, our ATS, is our source of truth
