About the Role:

Wing is looking for a Talent Coordinator based in Palo Alto, CA.  In this role, you will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers by providing administrative support to streamline our hiring process and enable a stellar recruiting experience. You will have the unique opportunity to join a dynamic, high growth team that is passionate about building great teams that can learn with each other and from each other.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own hiring coordination end to end: schedule interviews, create meeting itineraries, organize travel arrangements, reserve conference rooms, prepare offer letters and distribute employment related correspondence
  • Open and manage new job setup within Greenhouse ATS - including job postings and external job boards. Provide data entry and data integrity support within ATS as well
  • Become a subject expert on all things Wing
  • Serving as a Wing ambassador and candidate experience champion throughout our hiring process
  • Provide support with coordination of recruiting and people team events onsite and off site
  • Assist with on-boarding new hires and prepare new hire packages
  • Perform additional talent and people team duties to support initiatives as needed

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a coordination or administrative support function
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong proficiency in G Suite or Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Process improvement mindset: iterate and improve administrative best practices
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
  • Ability to project manage multiple competing priorities and excellent time management
  • A blend of curiosity, analytical thinking, creativity, flexibility, adaptability and the relentlessness to drive projects to completion
  • Passion for improving and delivering best in class internal and external customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Bonus:

  • Prior experience in recruiting - in house or executive search - and/or supporting recruiting function
  • Experience working and/or scheduling across global time zones
  • Startup experience in a high growth technology company
