Work with and support the Nuna Recruiting team to identify talent and build relationships with people we’d like to work with, today and in the future.

YOUR OPPORTUNITIES

• Partner with the recruiting team to help scale our rapidly growing organization
• Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for multiple roles to help meet our hiring objectives 
• Source active and passive candidates from multiple avenues to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for both the short-term and long-term
• Build relationships with and make sourcing strategy recommendations to recruiters 
• Provide a high-touch, exceptional experience to candidates you engage with 

YOU BRING

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years technical sourcing or recruiting experience
• Experience partnering with recruiting teams
• Applicant tracking system experience (Greenhouse is a plus)
• Exceptional written, verbal and organizational skills 
• Ability to embrace ambiguity in a fast paced, dynamic organization
• Strong sense of urgency and desire to learn
