What we are looking for:

As a Technical Sourcer, you will partner closely with our recruiters and hiring managers

You Are:
Your work experience has been gained in fast-paced start up environment. You are flexible, adaptable and focused on meeting hiring goals for the company with out You have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as strong client service and relationship management skills. You think strategically while you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work on the tactical implementation of the great ideas you or your colleagues come up with. You think like an owner in the ideation and creation of innovative sourcing strategies that result in key hires for mission-critical roles. You have the ability to leverage current tools while looking to improve features and utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top candidates through researching and sourcing for candidates
• Collaborate with Recruiting and the business on sourcing strategy specific to increasing a diverse and inclusive candidate pool
• Contact and engage passive candidates in a highly competitive market
• Qualifying candidates for technical, product and values 
• Staying abreast of news in the tech startup space
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sourcing experience with in-house recruiting team, search firm, or agency
• Prior experience defining and executing on sourcing strategies to engage and activate passive talent through multiple channels
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
• Experience screening resumes to match qualifications
• Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and hiring managers
