As a Technical Sourcer at Blend, you will drive technical sourcing, finding innovative ways to locate and engage top passive talent in the marketplace to support your engineering team’s demanding pipeline. You will develop a strong working relationship with our technical recruiters and the hiring managers they partner with, playing a key role in weekly meetings to discuss top of funnel metrics. How You'll Contribute:
- Partner with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to determine the ideal candidate profile
- Source passive talent through referrals, networking, and targeted searches, etc.
- Generate interest through Direct Sourcing via various digital channels.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within Blend’s's ATS.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews.
- Screen applicants for relevant skills, availability, interest level, relocation needs, etc.
- Attend and organize both internal and external recruiting events as needed.
- Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies
- Compile, analyze, and capture insights on pipeline data
Who You Are:
- 1+ years of relevant technical sourcing experience required (in house or agency).
- 1+ years of experience meeting or exceeding defined metrics
- 1+ years of client interaction experience, including working with Engineering Managers and Technical Recruiters, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and figuring out what makes them tick.
- Driven and reliable. You can successfully manage numerous tasks at once and are always ready for the next challenge.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment. You're meticulous yet flexible.
