What we are looking for:

• You have experience building a world-class employee experience in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities of the role:

• People Programs: You will develop strategies while implementing programs that inspire, motivate and develop our employees to do their best work, including oversight of employee benefits + perks, performance management,  culture initiatives, championing DEI, and engaging L&D programs. 
• People Operations: You will build out processes, policies, reporting, and systems for a company with 250+ employees and plans to double in size in the next ~1-2 years.
• Places: You’ll create an inspiring and effective work environment for employees in our physical office (post-COVID) and distributed work environments.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience building, leading and managing People teams
• Prior experience building the People Ops function at a rapidly scaling company
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees, with high integrity
• Superb judgment, strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
• Demonstration of experience in People Operations
• BA or BS degree in a related field, or direct relevant experience
• Full-time role based in San Francisco
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
