Hardware Engineer, Internship
Ike's mission is to make trucks safer, truckers more valuable, and trucking more efficient. We are bringing together the world’s leading experts in transportation and robotics to transform the way the world moves and build a real commercial product at scale.
About Your Team
The hardware engineering team is responsible for developing the mechanical, electrical, and software components that integrate self-driving technology (sensors, computers, actuators) onto trucks. We ensure that the self driving hardware added to the trucks is safe, reliable, and provides the functionality needed for autonomous operation.
About Your Role
You will join a small, collaborative team focused on one of the most exciting robotics applications today. While you work with Ike's hardware engineers, you will help bring autonomous trucking to market by contributing in multiple areas.
Note that we are currently only hiring for summer 2020 internships.
