IP&E Sales Director Northwest
Job Description:

The Sales Director IP&E (Interconnect, Passive & Electromechanical) will set strategy and growth plans for this portfolio and associated strategic suppliers.
What You Will Be Doing:

  • Responsible for the strategy and execution of the respective Sales Team, providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum sales, profitability, and growth.
  • As a leader for Arrow, the Director of Sales creates a vision for their team and ensures their effectiveness by organizing analytics, improving processes, and meeting and exceeding SLA's.
  • The Director creates an environment of unified vision between vendor and Arrow and acts as an advocate to spread vendors sales strategy throughout business.
  • Guide and support the Americas region on their execution, provide escalation assistance when required.
  • Own execution of IP&E supplier portfolio and business development generating share shift for Arrow.
  • Develop and nurture Arrow/supplier relationship map.
  • Establish go to market initiatives centered on key technologies and segments aligning regional investment to support.
  • Create & maintain a thriving work experience for Arrow employees.
  • Drives a culture where inclusion and diversity are business imperatives that underlie everything we do.

What we are looking for:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or an engineering related field. MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 15+ years of progressively increasing business leadership experience.
  • Experience within the Passive, Electro-Mechanical and Connector or related industries is required.
  • Prior IP&E supplier marketing success is required.
  • Proven track record driving revenue growth through optimizing sales and strategic marketing plans.
  • Demonstrated success developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers with proven presentation and negotiating capabilities.
  • Strong existing relationships deep and wide inside the industry.
  • Data driven with a deep experience leveraging business analytics to drive actionable results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to, interact with, and influence C-level executives.
  • Ability to travel 30% to 50%. Varies by month and quarter.

Work Arrangement: (Effective Sept. 1, 2023):
Hybrid: 3days in office/2days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$185,700.00 - $289,672.46
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

What's something quirky about your company?

As a tech company, we showcase the use of tech all throughout our building. We hang art over the building made of various consumer electronics and we even have access to an Electronics Testing lab. My R&D team also loves to make fun code names for our projects, we recently launched Project Deathstar (announced as ArrowPlus powered by Freelancer)!
