Job Responsibilities
As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic initiatives and enhancing operational excellence. Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Alignment: Act as a trusted advisor and extension of the SVP, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across global teams in line with our mission, vision, and purpose.
  • Project Management: Oversee a portfolio of critical projects, ensuring they progress on schedule and meet the high standards synonymous with Dynatrace.
  • Cross-Organizational Facilitation: Coordinate interactions between cross-functional leadership to enhance collaboration across functions to support significant business initiatives and drive unified efforts.
  • Executive Representation: Serve as a key communication link between senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and continuity in all interactions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze and provide feedback on existing operational processes to drive efficiencies and optimize team performance.
  • Budget Analysis and Reporting: Assist with development, analysis, and reporting of department budgets including global travel and other employee-related programs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including cross-functional calendar management, meeting coordination, travel, and expense reporting.
  • Meeting Preparation and Accountability: Assist with agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings, ensuring the SVP is well-prepared for all engagements, document decisions, and follow up on agreed upon action items to ensure completion.


Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years in a similar role, preferably within a technology or software company, demonstrating an ability to effectively manage and influence within a complex organizational structure.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.

  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes while maintaining focus on key business objectives.
  • Organizational Skills: Superior organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management tools and software.

  • The salary range for this role is $125,000 - 189,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
