Our Corporate Paralegal will join our small but growing Legal team, providing key support for a variety of corporate and transactional activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support our attorneys on a variety of corporate and governance matters, including state and federal
• Facilitate contractual workflow: manage intake of contract requests, track contract negotiation and execution, and file completed contracts
• Draft, negotiate, and revise multiple types of contracts while working with internal partners, and internal and outside counsel
• Work with our teams, manage contract lifecycles; deadlines, milestones, payments, and expiration dates
• Become the expert on all things contracted at hims, offering advice and guidance to partner teams
• Manage multiple priorities, track extensive detail and deliver within tight deadlines

Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant corporate and securities paralegal experience
• In-house experience at a public company and law firm in a corporate paralegal role
• Paralegal certificate and notary preferred
• A great sense of humor
