The Role
In this newly created role the Director of Brand Campaign will be responsible for creating and implementing the Afterpay and Clearpay campaign strategies to support brand awareness and partner marketing efforts. The Director of Brand campaign marketing is responsible for bringing the mission and values of Afterpay to life through a consistent brand voice, growing the Afterpay community, and overseeing the development of new annual & seasonal marketing strategies that deliver on our goals of growing brand awareness, driving traffic (new and existing), conversion, and engagement online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
-Effectively create and build all campaign calendars and strategies for NA and EMEA regions
-Manage a team of campaign and social media leads to develop and create social media first brand campaigns.
-Work cross functionally with key stakeholders in creative team to develop and execute 360 campaigns to support brand awareness and marketing efforts in NA and EMEA
-Support UK and EU brand marketing teams to ensure campaign calendars are built and created to align with global brand strategy
-Manage a team of campaign managers and social media team to effectively ensure campaigns are amplified across owned, paid and earned channels
-Partner with Director of partner marketing to support merchant campaign needs and effectively drive new opportunities to top identified merchants
-Establish and identify the right agency relationships to support creative, social and brand needs including media buying
Minimum Qualifications
-10+ years marketing experience focused on brand and campaign management
Preferred Qualifications (OPTIONAL)
-Must have experience in creating social first brand marketing campaigns
-Display significant knowledge of core social media platforms and native strategies for these platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tik Tok)
-Knowledge and understanding of marketing to a millennial audience
