Overview
As a member of the Marketing organization, you will be responsible for working closely with all functions of the marketing team to manage initiatives that are aligned with the company’s goals. The marketing associate must be an organized multi-tasker capable of handling several projects and meeting tight deadlines. You’ll collaborate with our Insights, Sales, and Customer Success/Account Management teams to help drive our marketing programs forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Support marketing campaigns including demand generation and partner campaigns
- Coordinate collaboration and communication cross functionally from Sales and Account Management
- Support new content creation for landing pages, blog posts, events, and email campaigns
- Develop interesting and valuable content for sales, public/media relations, and employer branding
- Synthesize content based on internally developed teams for broad use across campaigns
- Manage and develop content with ST partners, including infographics, blog posts, and other marketing materials
- Project manage existing content slate, alongside PMM and Design
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Google suite
- 2-3 years of proven content marketing experience
- Strong project management skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional copywriting (writing samples required, portfolios highly encouraged)
- Tenacious self-starter with a high level of initiative and strong follow-through
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work experience as a marketing coordinator/associate or similar role (internships apply)
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience with, Marketo, Salesforce
