Content Marketing Manager, Brand Partnerships
OVERVIEW
Our Brand Partnerships team works with consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies to grow their business by advertising on Instacart. As our team rapidly expands and our suite of advertising products continues to grow, we are looking for someone to ensure CPG companies of all sizes understand how they can partner with Instacart to deliver incredible data-driven business outcomes. As Instacart’s first Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building & executing a roadmap of Instacart-owned advertising content.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Setting the vision for our content strategy and editorial calendar
- Developing a diverse content portfolio, directed to both technical and non-technical audiences, and serving the entire customer journey, from awareness to purchase and post-sales
- Creating content (from initial copy development to asset production) & leading execution for blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and conference presentations
- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, tone of voice, and optimized for search
- Partnering with Instacart’s Advertising Insights team to inform data-driven content & create case studies
- Owning content measurement including tracking how content influences pipeline and revenue, monitoring the performance of created assets on SEO, and gathering feedback form sales and account management
- Becoming a student and follower of the market and competitors. Conducting research, monitoring trends, and developing insights that guide the development of our content strategy
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years of work experience, 3+ years of marketing experience producing content
- Experience building, project managing, and executing a content calendar
- Experience running webinars & developing conference strategies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our customers & industry
- Process-driven, relying on data to make decisions & track performance
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and resourcefulness
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides, Excel, and Salesforce (or other CRM tool)
- An interest in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities, and a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed
