Demand Generation Campaign Manager, Cloud Migrations

Job description
Atlassian is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help drive end-to-end campaigns and increase full funnel demand for our core Cloud products (Jira, Confluence)! Working closely with demand generation and product marketing managers, your role will be to execute the B2B demand generation strategy to build a seamless experience for our behind the firewall customer move to the cloud. We are looking for a marketer who thinks outside of the box with creative campaigns to reach our target audiences. You thrive in funnel analytics and speak in acronyms like MQL, SQL, ROI and CVR. You love the science of marketing as much as the art and enjoy building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns. You will work with world-class product teams and new emerging businesses within Atlassian.

In this role you'll get to:
- Develop targeted audience segmentation to deliver more relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion
- Partner closely with fellow demand generation experts and product marketers to ensure accurate messaging, timing and execution of one-off and always on marketing campaigns across email, web personalization, advertising, content syndication
- Understand Atlassian's products and customer journeys to migrate to the cloud
- Expand our distribution footprint beyond owned channels like blog, email, in-product, and social through testing and experimentation
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership. This is a high visibility role
- Leverage marketing automation tools and related technology integrations to increase demand
- Collaborate with product marketing to build targeted campaigns and highlight resources throughout the entire buyer journey
- Report and provide insights into the customer journey progress
On the first day we'll expect you to have:
- Shown experience in demand generation across B2B or B2C
- Extensive experience implementing marketing programs and processes
- Comprehensive understanding of customer marketing and complex buyer journeys
- A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend
- Expertise across email marketing and paid channels
- Proficient in marketing automation and CRM capabilities are helpful
- Outstanding program management and interpersonal skills and a proven track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams
