We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Marketing with a mission to reinforce Hinge Health’s position as the #1 partner for employers and partners, and create world-class sales enablement tools to support closing sales opportunities faster. 

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Reinforce Hinge Health’s position as the #1 partner for Employers & Partners
• Lead enterprise marketing strategy and team execution of world-class sales enablement tools including decks, 1-pagers, and case studies
• Create culture of experimentation and repetitive excellence with 4 person enterprise marketing team

• Uncovers deep customer insights - Understands psychology, pain points & value prop for each persona and then creates memorable messaging that use specific words and imagery to influence behavior and differentiate Hinge Health from the competition
• Exceptional marketer who creates persuasive and memorable B2B sales enablement tools and communications for employers, health plans, and consultants
• Cross-functional leader who can learn from and get buy-in for consistent marketing execution with a national sales team
• Multi-channel ABM expert to optimize campaign ROI
