Your mandate is to match customers with the right financial products through various digital marketing channels and user flows. You will have access to a large monthly marketing budget, directly influence the product roadmap, learn from a best-in-class team, and enjoy high level visibility to senior company leadership. We prefer motivated self-starters who enjoy making data-driven decisions and who can pick up new concepts in quantitative disciplines easily.

What You'll Do:

  • Learn growth marketing from an outstanding team
  • Own growth initiatives from inception to scaling and optimization across multiple marketing channels, including email and native
  • Provide strategic direction on user experience, landing page optimization, analytics, and marketing infrastructure
  • Work in a cross-functional capacity across Business Development, Product + Engineering, Design, and Analytics
  • Generate hypotheses driven by data for improving marketing performance, execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
  • Drive the creative development & iteration pipeline utilizing findings from your A/B tests
  • Hone your strategic thinking and enjoy exposure to senior leadership

What We Expect:

  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or a data-driven field
  • At least 1-year experience working with one or more digital marketing channel
  • Burning curiosity to discover how things work & how we can improve them
  • Excellent cross-functional project management & communication skills
  • Ability to see the forest from the trees: you can analyze large data sets and craft results into a story that helps leadership make decisions
  • Advanced Excel functionality
  • Bonus points for proficiency with SQL
