The Opportunity
As Afterpay’s Growth Marketing Manager, Acquisition Programs & Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of diverse, high impact campaigns. Working cross-functionally with both internal and external partners, you will be a key contributor in building and scaling our global demand generation efforts.

Contribute to the development of new and existing partnerships and programs focused on new user acquisition
Scale the global referral program
Own and optimize the affiliate channel
Own and optimize the promotions & incentives program for new user acquisition
Monitor, analyze and optimize performance towards key business metrics
Provide deep campaign insights
Build out streamlined, sophisticated processes and lean in to automation
Work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Data Science, Creative and Media teams
Who are you? (Qualifications)
Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for customers and passionate about shaping the future of Afterpay.
5-7 years experience with affiliate, direct partnerships and referral marketing
Experience in optimizing in-house direct response marketing programs, while driving efficiency and meeting key business metrics
Experience working closely with product teams
Strong analytical skills
Experience with advanced measurement methodologies, including incrementality
Detail & process oriented
