The Opportunity
We are much more than our job descriptions, but here’s where you will begin….
Own our global in-store program growth and retention strategy. Define the roadmap and success metrics for omnichannel campaigns as well as long-term lifecycle management.
Design data-driven lifecycle marketing and cross-sell strategies to promote product growth and retention across key owned channels including email, push, SMS, in-app, and web channels.
Develop a deep understanding of the Afterpay customer and the current product funnel to identify low hanging fruit and key longer term strategic opportunities. Work with cross functional partners to test into your hypotheses.
Partner with Product Marketing to improve in-store product comprehension and optimize product messaging across the consumer journey.
Partner effectively with CRM leads in Australia and New Zealand to optimize omnichannel campaigns for global and local impact.
Team up with analytics to design experimentation roadmaps and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Work with data science and product leads to design ways to scale successful experiments.
Write creative briefs and partner with creative teams to design campaign assets that drive engagement and align with our brand guidelines.
Who are you? (Qualifications)

7+ years of experience in a growth or marketing capacity, with demonstrated experience developing and analyzing lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app)
You have a passion for retail, knowledge of omnichannel strategy and positioning, and experience working across teams to grow adoption of new products.
Experience leading a cross-functional pod to hit company goals
Deep experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights
Strategic and analytical thinker - proficiency with SQL is a must. You are expected to write and interpret queries.
Creative and empathetic thinker; you always think customer first
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically with Product, Data Science, Engineering and Product Marketing
Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
