Lifecycle Marketing Associate
You’ll join our lifecycle marketing team — responsible for driving engagement, creating product awareness, and enabling growth for direct-to-consumer brands at scale. The copy you write, the communication you deploy, and the projects you manage will assist these brands on their journey to find and delight customers.
As part of your work on the lifecycle marketing team you will increase triggered communication coverage for important customer growth milestones. These communications will prompt a deeper engagement with AdRoll products and assist in making the ecommerce marketing platform an indispensable part of their business.
Finally, as a lifecycle marketing associate, you will employ all forms of copywriting including marketing, explainer, and technical writing methodologies to educate AdRoll customers and help them to realize growth.
This role is open in our San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City offices, or remote.

The impact you’ll make:
- Manage email campaigns end-to-end, including ideation, writing, targeting, sending, and measuring the results of messages
- Improve and consolidate existing email campaigns to prevent inbox overload and to maintain high rates of deliverability
- Ensure emails follow brand guidelines, industry policies, and privacy laws
- Build email designs that are responsive and render properly on mobile and through all of the major web browsers
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
Skills you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in a marketing related field
- 2+ years experience in email marketing
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Proficient with Excel, HTML, CSS, and Marketo (or similar ESP)
- Track record of executing high-quality email campaigns with great frequency
