Job Description

Wish is looking to hire a Manager Employer Brand Communications that brings in the right mix of being creative, expertise in integrated marketing and great project management skills. Partnering with our Recruiting, Marketing and Branding teams the Manager Employer Brand Communications will position Wish as a great place to work in order to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates - to help build a workforce of individuals aligned with the company and its goals.

What you'll be doing:

​​​​​​As a part of the Talent Acquisition team, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Define and develop Wish’s employer brand including our mission, core values, company culture, and commitment to social responsibility as a way to highlight key differentiators that set Wish apart from the competition

  • Build experiences and related messaging to demonstrate authenticity with employees and attract talent

  • Externally promote Wish’s employer brand to drive candidate attraction and engagement through owned channels like social media, drip campaigns and content plans in tandem with recruitment efforts and ads

  • Develop sourcing strategies to meet potential candidates, managing strategic partnerships, set up recruiting events and develop engagement programs

  • Drive social ambassador network internally – working in collaboration with leaders on in-person meetings, content flow, events and experiences to boost employee pride

  • Provide communications support for new hire onboarding and Day One Orientation content

  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders like Recruiting, Social Media, Content Development among others

  • Measure success and report industry and business impact of key programs

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years experience in Recruitment Marketing & Branding

  • Experience program managing, developing communication plans and content calendars across multiple platforms

  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills

  • Passionate about people and curious about workplace culture, diversity and the employee experience

  • Ability to build global cross-functional relationships with other teams

  • Self starter with an independent working style that thinks strategically, creatively, and at scale

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines 

  • Well-rounded interpersonal skills and experience interacting with diverse personalities and cultures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ​​​​​​Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, public relations, communications or other related discipline 
  • Experience working within a multinational business and working with other cultures

  • Previous, Social media, PR expertise and/or agency experience 

  • Startup experience

  • Experience in the technology, gaming, Ecommerce, media or other related industry
