The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will help implement our planned marketing programs and take the lead on ensuring correct lead flow through the funnel, coordinating sales follow-up, and reporting out on key metrics. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain unique exposure to B2B marketing campaigns with opportunities to take the lead on several projects of their own
Responsibilities include:
- Help manage the workflow and execution for campaigns and programs for the demand generation team, including webinars, events and content syndication.
- Project manage webinars including, working with vendors on project timelines, managing deliverables, coordinating speakers (internal and external), managing lead flow and following-up with Sales
- Support events manager where needed, including traveling to in-person events and managing booth set up.
- Work with the marketing operations team to ensure accurate Salesforce and marketo campaign setup
- Create and maintain a demand generation marketing calendar
- Manage contracting process
The Team:
This role will be part of Carrot’s Marketing team and will sit within the demand generation function. Carrot’s Marketing team is responsible for sharing the Carrot story with the world, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business externally. The demand generation function builds campaigns that generate top funnel leads while also nurturing and engaging existing leads through pipeline conversion. This role will also involve regular collaboration with the sales and other marketing functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a marketing role or as a business/sales development representative
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
- Independent project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with marketing technology solutions such as Marketo
