The Opportunity
As a Marketing Analyst in Afterpay's Global Analytics team, you will work closely with our partners in the Partner Marketing teams to measure, evaluate and improve marketing performance.

● Work with our partners to define and deliver their analytics, insights and reporting needs.
● Design and conduct analyses that provide insight into Merchant Growth and Partner Marketing performance.
● Collaborate with the Media Strategy Team to help build out playbooks to empower future media plans
● Develop and deploy frameworks/methodologies that enable robust, consistent and repeatable analyses
● Work through testing and activation framework to deliver analysis on key metrics that drive business outcomes
● Build and analyze dashboards and reports to empower operational and exploratory analysis
● Design and analyse A/B tests
● Partner with Data Science to turn customer journey insights into actionable media targeting capabilities
● Distill and communicate the essence of your technical work to audiences of all levels and across multiple functional areas

● Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline domain
● 3+ years of work experience in an analytical role involving data extraction, reporting, and analysis
● 2+ years of relevant marketing analytics experience
● Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Impeccable attention to detail
● Knowledgeable about marketing analytics - experiment design, incrementality, attribution, A/B testing
● Experience manipulating with very large data sets using SQL/Python
● Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
● Experience independently managing complex projects.
● Marketing domain knowledge, specifically across paid social and CRM
