Partner Marketing Manager

We’re searching for someone who’s passionate about partner marketing and energized by building outstanding and innovative campaigns that get results for Meraki and our partners. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing ‘to,’ ‘through,’ and ‘with’ Cisco Meraki’s largest revenue-generating partners. Your goal will be to assess and find opportunities to best work with our channel sales team to mobilize our channel partners – finding new and innovative ways to motivate our partners’ sales teams, to build lasting relationships between Meraki sales and partner sales, to differentiate the Cisco Meraki brand, and to help our partners grow their business with Meraki.
What You'll Do
- Design and launch scalable campaigns across our partner community to generate revenue, partner engagement and to position Meraki as a leader in the industry
- Work with Cisco marketing teams to find opportunities to insert Meraki in partner programs and facilitate channel marketing execution through MDF programs
Design and execute creative marketing initiatives for several of Meraki top strategic partners by:
- building relationships with key partner contacts;
- developing education initiatives or promotions for partner teams to drive lead generation and new business, and
- building effective campaigns to help partners share Meraki with their customers
- Build resources and collateral to enable partners and Cisco teams to easily position and sell Meraki
- Collaborate across the Meraki business leadership, marketing, strategy, product, and sales teams to align partner plans with marketing priorities and develop a comprehensive channel marketing strategy
- Lead channel campaign reporting, monitor quarterly metrics, and make vital program adjustments to improve performance
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of marketing experience, minimum 2-3 years in channel marketing preferred
- Innovative and creative problem-solver with strong communication skills
- Exceptional team collaborator, open to idea/project iteration
- Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple work streams
- Comfortable with project management across multiple teams
