Product Marketing Manager, Customer Journey
Grammarly offers a remote-first hybrid working model. Team members can work primarily remotely. Starting in 2022, teams will meet in person a few weeks every quarter in one of Grammarly's hubs, currently in San Francisco, Vancouver, New York, and Kyiv. To ensure that teams are able to overlap in their working hours and to meet face-to-face when needed, all team members need to live within three time zones of a hub. To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be critical in establishing Grammarly as the integral digital writing assistant in people’s lives and offers the unique opportunity to reimagine the customer journey across Grammarly’s entire ecosystem of product offerings, devices, and applications. This role is ideal for anyone excited to take an analytical approach—and complement it with deep market understanding—to connect our product capabilities with customer needs at the right time, with the right message.
Your impact
As Product Marketing Manager, you will be the primary expert in understanding the customer journey and experience with Grammarly. You will cultivate strong partnerships across the Product Management, Customer Insights, User Research, and Marketing teams. And, you will have a direct impact on user engagement, retention, and monetization across different segments and our entire suite of product offerings.
In this role, you will:
- Influence product, marketing, and business priorities through knowledge of the user journey, market, and product capabilities.
- Discover opportunities for user engagement, retention, and monetization and partner with various teams to reach the audience at the right time.
- Craft compelling positioning and messaging and lead go-to-market strategies with defined success metrics to drive adoption of product offerings.
- Build user trust and uplevel the Grammarly relationship with its users to a highly engaging, personalized experience through product and marketing strategies.
- Develop expertise in the space, including competitors, relevant emerging technologies, and changing consumer behaviors to continuously improve Grammarly’s relevance and value.
