Product Marketing Manager, ITSM (Brand & Analyst Relations)

Job description
Atlassian is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our IT product marketing team! Your role will be to drive brand, messaging, positioning, and influencer marketing for Atlassian’s IT service management (ITSM) solution, Jira Service Management.
You’ll work closely with brand, creative, PR, analyst relations, and other product marketing teams across Atlassian to develop brand campaigns, draft messaging & positioning for big moments, build relationships with analysts like Gartner & Forrester, and overall deliver a strong, cohesive message to the market.
What you’ll do:
- Understand the ITSM market and competitive space by conducting market research
- Work closely with our analyst relations manager to build relationships and conduct briefings & inquiries with top analyst firms like Gartner and Forrester
- Own messaging and positioning for Jira Service Management against competitors, other Atlassian products, and for big press moments
- Work closely with the PR team to craft press pitches for big moments based on our messaging
- Lead brand campaigns with the Brand & Creative teams
- Develop creative brand concepts that can be utilized across all of our internal channels (i.e. email & web)
Who you are:
- 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing - B2B, SaaS, or enterprise experience preferred
- Previous experience working with top analyst firms preferred
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Have been responsible for creating, driving, and managing GTM plans across all channels
- Have cross-functional aptitude working across teams ranging from PR, Marketing, and Brand on a shared vision and goals
- You are passionate, self-starter with a no-bullshit, can-do attitude
- You are eager to jump in and get things done but don't get flustered in a fast-paced and often changing environment

Product Marketing at Atlassian is responsible for creating and executing the GTM strategy for all products across the Atlassian product portfolio by supporting our flywheel model and our approach to enterprise sales.
