We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will focus on enabling our customers to better understand our product and achieve their goals with Front. Your research, content, and programs will inspire and guide them on their journey from getting started with the app to ensuring they’re happy, successful, and growing with Front. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer challenges and create solutions to drive product adoption, increase engagement, and improve customer satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

  • Deeply understand customer needs to develop positioning, messaging, and resources that enable customers to achieve their goals with Front
  • Develop and execute one-to-many programs to educate customers including onboarding emails, workflow videos, step-by-step tutorials, and more
  • Plan and execute feature launches to drive engagement and enable internal teams on new functionality
  • Partner with broader Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve adoption of key features and workflows
  • Execute with high standards and adapt voice and tone to build trust and brand loyalty

What skills and experience do you need?

  • At least 3 years of Marketing, Content, or Customer Success experience in a technology company or startup
  • Exceptional written communication skills — you can simplify complex issues and adapt your tone for different audiences
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy and curiosity for understanding our customers and helping them be successful 
  • Proactive self-starter with strong project management skills to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Some experience and interest in graphic design, video production, and/or building campaigns in marketing automation tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Passion for productivity tools is a plus!
