Senior Associate, CRM - Consumer
About the Role
As CRM Senior Associate you will help create communications and programs to increase retention and engagement of our customers across email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging. You will collaborate with all parts of the business to create and execute CRM campaigns that have a direct impact on DoorDash’s growth and revenue goals.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the setup and monitoring of ad hoc, triggered, and transactional programs, including optimization of existing programs and development of new ones
- Test and schedule emails
- Accurate proofreading of all messaging
- Manage email reporting dashboards, monitor trends, and make recommendations based on results
- Create a framework for rapid testing in CRM channels
- Establish a strong working relationship with crossfuncational stakeholders in our Product, Operations, Analytics and Strategy teams
- Stay current on marketing best practices in email, push and SMS and share learnings and insights regularly with the broader marketing team
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in CRM or email marketing
- Familiarity with CRM technology including ESPs
- Analytical mindset
- Attention to detail
- Strong writer and communicator
- Basic knowledge/comfort with HTML & CSS; familiarity with cross-client email best practices
- Knowledge of email industry best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics
- Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
