Senior Associate, Influencer Marketing

Hims and Hers is looking for a proactive, collaborative Senior Associate to join our Influencer Marketing team. The ideal candidate is an apt communicator with a knack for building and managing partnerships, a comfortability with working cross-functionally, and a strong familiarity with influencer marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with influencers and external partners such as bloggers, youtubers, celebrities, PR/social agencies, and talent managers
- Facilitate campaign outreach and contract negotiations
- Oversee day-to-day duties for influencer program fulfillment including managing influencer communications, sourcing product, processing invoices, and updating project trackers
- Create, update, and distribute creative briefs to influencers and internal team members
- Assist in all cross-functional efforts to repurpose content across multiple marketing channels - including working with video editors, email strategists, organic social, digital marketing, and offline partners
- Liaise between growth marketing, integrated marketing, content marketing, communications, and product teams to develop creative concepts for evergreen and seasonal campaigns for influencers
- Leverage internal data, partner insights, current trends, and the competitive landscape to make data-based recommendations for new potential influencer partners
- Collaborate with analytics to continuously assess and optimize marketing spend against key metrics to ensure profitable growth of the channel
- Monitor influencers and their branded content for legitimacy, fraud detection, demographic alignment, and FTC compliance
- Help execute specialized social activations, custom projects, and brand campaigns
- Manage additional duties as needed
Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of related experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing, and/or social media strategy
- Experience with influencer outreach, campaign management, and partnerships negotiations
- Strong project/time-management skills, and the ability to multitask between a mix of short-term and long-term projects, involving multiple teams
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with proven creative storytelling ability and an understanding how to best communicate with our customer and outside partners
- Adaptable, quick learner with an eye for details and impeccable communication skills who can work seamlessly in a highly collaborative environment
- Equal parts analytical and creative; owning projects from conceptualization to analysis fueled by data-driven decisions with a desire to try whatever is new
- Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
