We are building a world-class Channel Sales & Marketing team and are looking for an analytical, strategic and creative individual to join as a Senior Channel Marketing Manager. You will be instrumental in helping us drive expansion and launch key strategic projects in collaboration with our valued current and future channel partners.

What you will own:

  • Channel marketing strategy: Create, manage and execute to ensure goals are achieved/exceeded, across online and offline channels
  • Sales acceleration plans: Partner with the Channel Sales team to develop and execute effective ways to grow awareness and drive sales
  • Pitching strategy: build and deliver quality pitches to key external stakeholders
  • Channel marketing assets: Own and distribute marketing asset kits, inclusive of brief creation for cross-functional partners
  • Promotional planning: Own promotional calendar, budget and ROI analyses - ensuring channel parity, while minimizing grey market activity
  • Campaign management: Manage multiple retailer campaigns at once, involving a high amount of organization and multitasking
  • Performance tracking and insights: Make on-going recommendations for improved performance, while collaborating both internally and externally to achieve mutual goals
  • Channel marketing budget: Ensure spend is within or below budget guidelines. Work cross functionally with sales and finance.
  • In-store POP displays & program management: Collaborate with Retailers, Molekule Creative Team & 3P agencies for creation, installation and maintenance. Create workback schedules, lead cross-functional meetings, track performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage 3PL field teams for in-store merchandising, training and brand advocacy
  • GTM Planning: Support global new product introduction needs. Serve as the Channel SME in cross-functional product planning
  • Category management & market research: Proficient at researching the market to identify current trends and make recommendations for strategic channel optimizations

What you bring to the team:

  • Strong project management, planning and prioritization skills; ability to multitask and be adaptable
  • Independent and driven: a self starter. Able to pave the way for new and innovative programs to drive sales.
  • Collaborative: able to serve as the liaison between sales, creative, product marketing, and operations to build cross-functionally sound marketing plans
  • A do-er and a thinker: we not only need you to design ways to drive sales, but have the grit and capability to execute just as well.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (internally & externally)
  • Analysis and tracking tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote)

What else you will bring:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree
  • 7 years of managing successful channel marketing programs for Tier 1 national Retail/Etail/B2B partners, preferably within the Consumer Electronics industry. Experience working with retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, or similar is preferred.
  • Comfortable digging into the numbers, gleaming insights and making informed decisions (via analysis and tracking tools: Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong communication skills in all forms (both internally & externally). You’re not afraid to build a deck or two and deliver the content in a meaningful way (via presentation tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote)
