We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing team who will proactively drive cross-functional alignment on the needs of the customer to influence product roadmap and competitive positioning.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Go-to-market strategy and B2B product adoption: Drive solution definition, positioning, messaging, differentiation, and reasons-to-believe that underpin our brand story, brand message, and go-to-market that ultimately improves retention and revenue generation.
  • Customer feedback loop: Drive customer listening to incorporate the voice of customer in roadmap development (especially w/ R&D) to improve enterprise customer and participant adoption and satisfaction.
  • Consistent competitive marketing execution: Collaboration and influence across R&D and commercial leadership teams to ensure 100% consistent messaging and that sales teams are ready to tell the Hinge Health story, handle objections, and communicate points of competitive differentiation.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Identify top competitive threats and inform business leaders through market monitoring, research and competitor insight reports

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 10+ years experience specific to Product Marketing, or Product and Marketing combination in B2B healthcare industry. Health care tech a plus
  • Deep market knowledge of H&B benefits buying process, digital health, and MSK market
  • Track record of developing B2B2C GTM strategy & messaging that accelerates product adoption based on deep understanding of B2B2C customer journey
  • Research skills - primary and secondary to support insights, business intelligence and survey needs
  • Project management skills to manage multiple projects at once, recommend prioritization, timelines and processes to ensure all success criteria are met.
  • Creative problem solver who is able to think outside of the box and independently to deliver information on fluid concepts that require interpretation and resolution of ambiguity for clarity with partners.
