We are looking for a Senior Manager of Content Marketing, PR & Communications with a mission to raise our brand awareness and earned media mentions in trade publications and mass media.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Lead and execute our public relations & communications strategy to increase brand recognition with employers, consultants & health plans as measured by annual brand recognition study
• Double our earned media mentions in top health and benefits trade outlets through crafting compelling pitches to promote our company narrative and thought leadership
• Develop and execute a contributed content strategy to secure bylined articles in key media & trade outlets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience driving media relations in the healthcare space: Experience leading and executing communications and public relations for a healthcare solutions firm and possess high-value relationships with healthcare media
• Contributed content experience: Past experience developing news cycle- relevant & memorable contributed content for executives and securing bylined articles
• Exceptional PR writer: Ability to craft compelling pitches, press releases, & bylined articles that resonate with the media and newscycle
• Project management: Can juggle multiple projects at once and recommend prioritization, timelines & processes to ensure all success criteria are met
• High Attention to Detail: Ability to work quickly with a high attention to detail to ensure quality work
• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box to innovate new communications and PR strategies and tactics
